The first video conference of CHUWA BUSSAN(hereinafter referred as "CHUWA") held on Tuesday, 24th May 2016, from 2pm to 4:20pm(Tokyo time).The purpose of this conference is for strengthening the communication and management of CHUWA between the headquarters in Tokyo and the branches in China
The host of conference is Mrs. Ning Feng who are Vice Manager of integrated department. In the first part of conference, Mr. Wei Tianli, Vice President of CHUWA, reviewed the development of CHUWA in recent years and also stated the problems existed in the process. Then, President Wang Xiaoguang of CHUWA made the arrangement about tasks and work plans for 2016. Specifically, President Wang emphasized that CHUWA should brave to the new challenges and upgrade the business on the basis of the economy situation last year for shaping and promoting the image of CHUWA.
In addition, President Zhang Jianhe of CHUWA’s subsidiary in Beijing and Vice President Shi Jie of CHUWA’s subsidiary in Shanghai, reported on the work of each company including the performance in the first half of 2016 and work arrangement in this year. Vice President of investment department LaiXiongqing, and the supervisor Zhe Song introduced the overall performance of CHUWA’s investment projects.
Moreover, in the conference, Vice Manager of marketing department Lian Biao and Vice Manager of integrated department Ning Feng talked about the communication channels between different departments and different companies.
In the end, President Wang made the conclusion for this video conference.
About 30 staffs of CHUWA in Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou attended this video conference.
